The mountain Jochberg is situated in the Bavarian Alpine Foreland, and is the ideal starting point for your hiking experience. The walk and the peak points offers your a magnificient 360° panorama view toward the Alps and above Kochelsee and Walchensee
As this is a hike and not a simple walk, it is important that you have some endurance. The hike up takes approximately two and a half hours and we would also take our time. Beneficial would be to dress according to all weather (e.g. sunscreen, water/windproof jacket) and wear appropriate shoes (hiking boots at best).
