Trip to Partnach Gorche at Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The Partnach gorge is one of Germany's miracle of nature, especially in winter time. Dozen of icicles are hanging from high above. With a longitude of 700m and 80m in depth you will wander in a very unique landscape of rock faces, tunnels and galleries which was build within tousands of years. The pathway through the gorge weaves through tunnels and small footbridges along the river. Although the way itself is not very steep, but when it is wet it can be slippery. Therefore, it is important to wear shoes with good grip and a waterproof winter jacket. Don't miss the chance to discover this natural miracle!
