The student coaching is a complementary counseling program within the framework of our Psychotherapeutic and Psychosocial Advice Center. After an introductory orientation talk about your current everyday situation as a student, the problems you are experiencing and possible causes behind them, you will have the option to participate in one of our coaching programs.
With the help of established methods, we will try to establish an individual approach to tackle the problems you are dealing with in your studies. The idea behind it is less about providing numerous bits of advice, but rather about working together at reflecting upon your resources to discover and activate your unused or even unknown potential.
The coaching formats we offer include individual coaching, but also expand to a wide spectrum of course and group offers.
Another focus of our advice service is on informing you about support, coaching and advice services at your own university.
