Organic Week in our canteens

23rd to 27th November 2020

Tasty organic dishes are an important part of the sustainable menu of the Munich Student Union’s University Gastronomy. With the support of the Environmental Department of the TUM’s Student Representation, we were presenting, during the entire week, one or two mainly vegan organic dishes in our canteens, such as vegetable curry with Mie noodles, oriental pilaf or traditional “Kaiserschmarrn” with apple sauce. 

Unfortunately, our sit-down areas had to be closed down due to the current corona situation. All our to-go packaging was 100% biodegradable.
