Every year since 2010, students have been able to give their feedback on the Munich Student Union’s services. Our goal is to find out more about what students think about what we offer.
Participants can, for example, share their opinion on the availability of consultants in the Educational Maintenance Office, as well as on the comprehensibility of the information received and on the organizational process of renting formalities. The services provided by the canteens, StuLounges, StuBistrosMensa and StuCafés can be evaluated online at www.stwm.de/en/mensa.
However, the process of giving feedback on the services of the Educational Maintenance Office and the department Student Accommodation is different. The various online questionnaires are not available on the Munich Student Union website. Instead, students living in a hall of residence and BAföG recipients who left their email address with the administrative office of their hall of residence or when applying for BAföG, will receive an email from the department. The email contains a short description as well as a link to the satisfaction survey.
Of course, the participants of our online survey can also win a prize. If you submit your email address, you will automatically be included in the prize draw. Thanks to our chef, the main prize is an exclusive canteen dinner for up to four people, which is prepared and served in the canteen by a Student Union cook.
