Yoga class

    Namasté - an experienced yoga trainer will help us over about 60 minutes to bring body and mind back into their natural balance. The yoga exercises relax, strengthen and heal - an effective balance to everyday life and maybe allows you a relaxing start in your exam phase. The course is for beginners as well as yoga lovers ;-)

    Get in you comfy clothes and have a yoga mat or the like ready!
