Due to the current situation, we ask you to avoid personal contact and only visit our administrative offices if it is really necessary. If you need our help, please contact us by phone or email.
We have decided to close all administrative offices, the rent accounts office, the office of the department Accommodation and the Servicedesk in the Studentenstadt until further notice. Please contact us by telephone or email so that we can advise you on how best to proceed and whether it is really necessary for you to come to the administrative office (or similar) in person. Of course, we will do our best to treat your request as quickly as possible; however, it is possible that due to the increased number of phone calls and emails, there may be a short delay in dealing with your request. We apologize for this as well.
Contacting the caretakers
At the moment, please only contact your caretaker by phone or try to settle your request by a damage report and leave a phone number for further inquiries. Our caretakers will currently only attend to damage reports in urgent cases (e.g. power failure, water damage, blockages, heating failure) and enter the rooms/ shared flats.
Due to the current restrictions, the reading rooms are also closed, until further notice.
