Results of the 2010/2011 satisfaction survey

For over a year now, students and guests in our canteens and cafeterias have had the opportunity to take part in a satisfaction survey concerning the Munich Student Union departments of ‘Educational Maintenance’, ‘Student Accommodation’ and ‘University Catering’. Participants can express their satisfaction with the services offered by the individual departments via the Munich Student Union website.
With a current total of around 10,000 completed questionnaires, we have seen a good level of response. The majority of the feedback concerns itself with the services offered by one particular canteen. The results of the survey and the suggestions made in the completed questionnaires have now been processed and considered, and the departments concerned have already taken the first steps to improving their services.
